- CHURCH OFFICER NOMINATIONS
Each year at Grace, we nominate fellow covenant partners (members) to serve in leadership as elders and deacons. This year's class of new leaders will serve a three-year commitment beginning January 1, 2026.
Grace, an ECO (A Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians) congregation, is governed by the Session, which is composed of elders. The deacons provide care ministries to the congregation. Both elders and deacons are vital to the health of the congregation. These positions require different skills, talents, and gifts. Each has unique duties and requires different energies. Both deacons and elders are required to adhere to the ECO Essential Tenets.
You'll find more information and the nomination forms online HERE. The deadline is Monday, May 12.

GOOD NEWS OF THE WEEK
We celebrate the things that we have offered to God that are bearing fruit-- We celebrate what God is doing! Grace celebrated a meaningful and joyful Easter weekend filled with community, reflection, and celebration. Holy Week observances began with a Maundy Thursday supper where families gathered for a shared meal, fellowship, and remembrance of Jesus’ Last Supper. On Good Friday, the congregation observed a solemn Tenebrae service, marking Christ’s crucifixion with scripture readings and candlelight. Easter Sunday brought the joy of the resurrection with four vibrant worship services. The sanctuary was filled with music, messages, flowers, and sharing life, as the Grace family joined in lively worship (and enjoyed treats from Grace baker competitors!) in celebration of the risen Christ. It was a powerful weekend of faith, connection, and hope! You may watch the Easter service HERE.
WORSHIP THIS SUNDAY
If you are out of town or unable to be here to worship in-person this week, please join us online via livestream HERE. Sunday we will continue in the Gospel of Luke, looking into Luke 24:13-35 as part of the sermon series titled "Practicing the Way." Begin your week with us Sunday at 9:30 a.m.!
