- WOMEN'S AND MEN'S RETREATS
WOMEN'S RETREAT Join us for a fun overnight getaway in Galveston at the historic Tremont House on March 27-28, 2026! Our theme is Restored to Rise, and we'll be led by our very own Ivy Castle Simpson. You won't want to miss her inspiring, heartfelt message. Women of all ages will be refreshed during this time of fellowship, discipleship, and learning. PLEASE NOTE: Once you complete this registration form and pay the $100 conference fee, you'll be sent a link to reserve your room at The Tremont House at our special discounted rate (only one person in your room needs to reserve a room).
If you have questions, please contact Traci Baudin at tbaudin@gpch.org. Registration is available HERE.
MEN'S RETREAT Being a man in 2026 is more spiritually challenging than at any other time in our lives-and leading as one is harder still. Modern culture often erases authentic Christian masculinity by labeling it as either "toxic" or "weak," a shift that has eroded healthy leadership in our homes, churches, and communities. Join Grace Men at this retreat to reclaim your identity in Christ. Learn to lead through a masculinity that brings purpose to your soul, your family, and your world. We will conclude our time together with worship on Sunday morning. Dates: March 20-22
Location: Camp Cho-Yeh, Livingston, Texas
Bring: Bible, and clothes for mild physical activity.
Cost: $225 (scholarships are available for any who need it)

- LUNCH IS SERVED
LUNCH IS SERVED AND STUDENT SUNDAY
We're so excited for Sunday, February 22, and that you'll be joining us for lunch after the service!
Student Sunday is when students take over all of worship, leading our congregation in a joyful noise and gathering in honor of our God. After the service, the students help hold a lunch/auction that funds our summer mission trips (fondly called Lunch is Served). As our students and volunteers take care of the lunch prep, you can peruse and bid on our silent auction items, such as trips, themed baskets, and dinner nights. You can even sign up for one of our fun party opportunities and play our exciting raffle games!
This year we are excited for the opportunities our students will be given for serving our neighbors. Our middle school students will be staying in Houston to complete service projects throughout our own community, while our high school students will be traveling to Whitefish, Montana! We will be partnering with Christ Lutheran Church, home to one of our awesome previous Student Ministries Director, Matt Davis, to help run their VBS program along with other service projects in the area. This collaboration will be EPIC and we can't wait to partner with YOU to give our students this amazing opportunity! Without the generosity displayed in past Lunch is Served fundraisers and the hope for continued generosity, this trip would have cost our students about $1000. Instead, it will only cost each student $450! We are incredibly humbled and grateful for your love and support of our students to continue Jesus' work and spread love to others. We can't wait to see you at Lunch is Served!
Lunch this year will be some Montana-themed deliciousness! See you there! Let us know that you will be on hand for lunch by registering HERE!
- SATURDAY SERVE
February 14: Ronald McDonald House
Please make plans to join us for a special day of serving with the Ronald McDonald House Houston! On February 14, 2026, we will gather at Grace at 9 a.m. and travel together to the Ronald McDonald House to serve a special Valentine's Day Brunch to families with children receiving medical care in the Texas Medical Center and staying at the Ronald McDonald House. We hope to return around 1 p.m. We will be preparing brunch and then staying to serve and fellowship with families! We have limited spaces, and due to health considerations, this project is open to anyone 18 and older. Please register HERE.
GOOD NEWS OF THE WEEK
We celebrate the things that we have offered to God that are bearing fruit-- We celebrate what God is doing! During worship on February 1, we congratulated and celebrated Pastor Julia on reaching her five-year anniversary at Grace! God is truly good, and we are so grateful for the way He has worked through your ministry. You arrived during a difficult and uncertain period, yet you never hesitated to face those challenges head-on. Over these five years, you have been so much more than a head pastor; you have been a pastor, a leader, a dedicated boss, and a faithful friend to us all. Because of your guidance, our congregation is now active and energized—a community that is truly excited to serve and eager to learn. You are a profound blessing to this church, Pastor Julia, and we look forward to many more years of growing together in faith!
THE BIBLE IN A YEAR UPDATES
Whether you are catching up or looking to dive a little deeper into a daily reading, the Word About The Word video is a great resource to find some insights. Grace Covenant Partners and staff give a 3-4 minute video four times a week on the Grace Facebook and Instagram pages. You can find the links HERE. HERE you will find a multitude of other resources to help you with the reading plan, including videos, podcasts, and articles to bring greater insight to what you have read. You will also find recaps and summaries of sections for times when you may fall behind. Keep up the good work!
