VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL It's almost here--the BEST week of the summer, VBS 2026—Treasured!, June 8-11, from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. We’ll discover that God’s greatest treasure isn’t diamonds or gold—its us! And we have great news—we are fully staffed with crew leaders! We can always use a few more teen helpers and substitutes, so if you haven't signed up to help out, you can still sign up HERE! Can't wait until Monday, June 8? Grab your favorite people and head to Grace on Sunday afternoon June 7, for the annual Kick-Off Party! 2–3:30 p.m. - Games and Fun in the Courtyard and Narthex 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. - Worship and VBS Introduction in the Sanctuary 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. - Missions – Family Meal Packing in MTH And check out the VBS page for new VBS music, details about our week-long missions projects, and ways to make monetary donations to keep things moving smoothly. Of course, keep all the kids and volunteers in your prayers, especially in these days leading up to the big event!

MEN'S AND WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDIES Women's Summer Bible Study Join us each Tuesday morning from June 16-August 4 in MT 201 from 10 a.m.-noon for our summer morning study, Angels: Finding Hope in God Who Reigns over Heaven and Earth, by Melissa Spoelstra. The Bible speaks of angels often. Throughout the story of the Bible, they appear to people with messages, encouragement, and tangible help. Despite their frequent appearance in God’s Word, our impression of angels is more often shaped by the myths and misconceptions that have developed over the centuries. We'll explore Scripture from Genesis to Revelation to learn about angels—who they are, what they do, and what they have to do with you. There's no reason to fear or ignore what's happening in the supernatural, unseen realm—we can live with confidence that God is in control of it all. Cornerstone Men's Bible Study Join the men of Grace each week for a new Thursday night Bible study. We’ll gather for dinner at the church at 6 p.m., with the study beginning at 7 p.m. Cornerstone will be meeting in MT201. Together, we’ll explore how Old Testament prophecies are fulfilled in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. All men, high school age and up, are invited. STUDENTS SUMMER SCHEDULE



Welcome to Grace Student Ministries! We would love to get to know you and see you at any of our events so we can grow toward Jesus together. We believe it is important for middle school and high school students (grades 6-12) to feel welcomed and encouraged to be their authentic self, no matter where they are in their walk with Jesus. We have a lot lined up this summer--come and connect!

Sunday Morning Equipping Hour kicks off each week with fellowship, games, and lessons, Sunday mornings at 11 a.m. in MT207. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are Pool Party Bible Studies for Middle and High School students. Thursdays are for Breakfast at Chick-fil-A followed by gym time at Grace. And other days are filled up, too! Check out these special events:

Hangout Day is Monday,  June 1, 4-6 p.m. at Bahama Bucks on I-10

The High School Mission Trip Reunion is Tuesday, July 7, 4-5:30 p.m., at City Centre

The Middle School Mission Trip Reunion is Sunday, July 26, noon–1:30 p.m. at Grace

Party @ Hardie’s is the ultimate middle school and high school pool party of the summer. Saturday, August 1, at The Morgan’s Home.

Activate 2026 is a night of student-led worship for the entire congregation, Sunday, August 9, 5 -7 p.m. in the Sanctuary.

GOOD NEWS OF THE WEEK

We celebrate the things that we have offered to God that are bearing fruit—We celebrate what God is doing!

Daikin Park was filled on Saturday, May 16, and adding to that number were dozens of Grace men and their dads, kids, grandkids, and friends. Grace Men's Ministry had a great time sharing the popcorn, and cracker jack (and nachos, hot dogs, churros, ice cream, cotton candy, peanuts, pizza, brisket donuts, bahn mi dogs, etc.). And to top it off, the Astros defeated the dastardly Texas Rangers 4-1! Men's Ministries has more events planned for the future--get involved!

THE BIBLE IN A YEAR UPDATES We are underway in the New Testament. If you are just joining us, or if you have lost steam, this is a perfect place to start up! The complete summer reading plan is available in the church lobby and online HERE. You can do this! Whatever your situation, nothing will benefit you more than diving deeply into God's transforming Word. HERE you will find a multitude of other resources to help you with the reading plan, including videos, podcasts, and articles to bring greater insight to what you have read. You will also find recaps and summaries of sections for times when you may fall behind. Keep up the good work!
