FOURTH ANNUAL GRACE'S GREATEST BAKER



We know we have some pretty fantastic bakers in our congregation! The last couple of years were such a hit, can you take on last year's winner?!

Whether you want to try out a new recipe, or you have a tried and true, passed-down-from-generation one, we would love to enjoy your delicious treats on Easter morning! But only one will be named Grace's Greatest Baker. Some suggested items are: cinnamon rolls, cookies, treats, cake-pops, sweet breads....Gramma's cookies, you get the idea!

Starting this Sunday, March 8, you may stop by the Welcome Center on Sundays and pick up a platter, a judge's plate, and an entry tag. On Saturday, April 4, place a sample of your entry on the judge's plate with the entry tag taped to the bottom and place the rest of your treats on the platter for the congregation to enjoy. Bring both the platter and plate on Saturday from 1-5 p.m. to the kitchen in Massey-Tucker Fellowship Hall to be served on Easter morning. You can choose to disclose what you are bringing in the registration comments, or keep it a surprise. If you are entering, please make sure to put the entry tag on the judge's platter you are bringing, so we know who to celebrate when you win!

If you would like to bake something but not be entered into the competition, you are more than welcome--you may sign up for a spot and just comment to not be entered.

EASTER PRAYER VIGIL & LILY DEDICATIONS



PRAYER VIGIL

Grace Presbyterian Church invites all covenant partners and friends in our community to join our Easter Prayer Vigil from 5 p.m. on Good Friday through 6:30 a.m. on Easter Sunday. This 36-hour vigil is a sacred opportunity for our church body to prepare our hearts together for the joy of Easter morning. As we remember Christ’s death and anticipate His resurrection, we believe prayer unites us as one body and centers us on the hope we proclaim.

You are invited to sign up for a 20-minute prayer slot during this time. You may pray wherever you feel most led — at home, in the sanctuary, outdoors, or with family and friends. Whether alone or with others, your prayers matter and strengthen our shared witness. Sign up for your slot HERE.

This Prayer Guide offers simple ideas to help focus your time, but you are free to pray as you feel led. Thank you for joining us in this meaningful tradition. 




LILY DEDICATIONS

In celebration of Easter, please consider dedicating an Easter lily to remember or honor someone you love. Dedications will be accepted through Monday, March 30 and may be made HERE.

Flowers you have dedicated will be available to pick up after the 11 a.m. service on Easter Sunday, April 5.




BLOOD DRIVE FOR BENTLEY ROCKER



Blood Drive for Bentley Rocker: Saturday, March 7, 12:30-5 p.m. in the Grace Gymnasium

Join us in supporting sweet Bentley Rocker, who urgently needs blood donations to help in his medical journey. Your donation could save Bentley’s life or the lives of others in critical need. Whether you’re a first-time donor or a regular, your generosity means the world. Every drop counts, and your act of kindness will mean the world to Bentley and his family. Please share this with friends and family to help spread the word.

Use THIS LINK to schedule you appointment, though walk-ins are welcomed. Successful donors will receive a Gulf Coast Blood power bank, and a free A1c screening with donation.

GOOD NEWS OF THE WEEK

We celebrate the things that we have offered to God that are bearing fruit-- We celebrate what God is doing!

On February 21, our team set out to bless our local schools during our Campus Clean-up day! We had a great day at Emerson Elementary, preparing the campus for Spring's arrival, and sharing a time of work and fellowship, with every generation working together to serve our neighbors!
