Disaster Relief

Hurricane Beryl

Tropical Storm Beryl, forecasted to strengthen again into Hurricane Beryl, is expected to make landfall southwest of Galveston on Monday morning. As we are all watching the news, please join us in prayer for all those who have been impacted in Beryl’s path thus far and all who will be in the coming days. Sunday worship at 9:30 will continue as planned, and we will continue to monitor weather in the coming days.

Grace’s Disaster Response Team, in partnership with The Restoration Team, are monitoring the path of the storm, and we are ready to respond to any disasters that may impact our immediate area. As a reminder, please check in with us here after the storm makes its way through Houston, by using the links below.

Grace is here for you.

A disaster or crisis prompts many emotions and actions, but it also prompts community. As a church, we stand together in challenging times with those who are impacted and with those who can serve and contribute where needed. If you are able, please reach out to those in your circles of family and friends and check on your neighbors.

Psalm 107:28-30

Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, and he brought them out of their distress. He stilled the storm to a whisper; the waves of the sea were hushed. They were glad when it grew calm, and he guided them to their desired haven.
