G4 Monday Nights

Are you a single or married young adult between 18-35 years of age looking to get connected into a community? You’re invited to join us on Monday nights at 7 p.m in MT 208 for our weekly young adult gathering! No matter where you are in your walk with Jesus, this is a place for you to build deep relationships with other young adults while diving into God's Word and sharing in each other's lives. We will not meet on the following Mondays: October 12, November 23, December 21, or December 28.

The new Covenant Partner Course is for all who are interested in learning more about Grace’s key theological beliefs and the vision, the mission, and the strategy. The course is led by pastors, elders, deacons, and staff and it is our unique way of talking about membership in a congregation. During the course, you will be invited to explore how joining as a “Covenant Partner” is a significant next step in your journey of faith in Jesus. Refreshments and drinks will be provided.  If you have children, Children’s Ministry offerings will be provided from 11 a.m. to noon and then childcare will be provided until 1 p.m. When you register for the course, you will be asked to register your child for childcare.

A longtime community favorite, The Dolores & Allan Wood Memorial Golf Tournament returns this fall, benefitting Friends of Westchase and ministries of Grace.

With Dolores by his side, Allan Wood spent countless hours over 20 years building this tournament into an opportunity for fellowship and a successful fundraiser. Allan’s hard work generated nearly half a million dollars for student missions during that time. The tournament honors his life and legacy.

Time: Driving range & check-In: 10 a.m. and shotgun start at noon

Location: ‍River Bend Country Club, 1214 Dulles Ave., Sugar Land

Format: 4-person team scramble

Cost: $200 if registering as an individual / $800 if registering for the whole team

Join us on Wednesday, October 21, for Midweek Morning Mahjong from 10 a.m. - noon in the Welcome Center. Whether you're an experienced American mahjong player or just learning, everyone is welcome! Come enjoy great company, friendly games, and lots of laughter! Bring your mahjong set if you have one and invite a friend! We'll meet the third Wednesday of each month. Childcare is provided.

Trunk or Treat is back, and we are so excited! Everyone in the congregation is invited to bring their car to the parking lot by the Athletic Field to decorate their trunk in all sorts of crazy ways! From 4:30-6:30, families are invited to come trick-or-treating through the trunks and spend time together! Come hungry... hot dogs will be provided by our Men’s Ministry!

Saturday, November 14, on the Grace athletic fields

Grab your tent, lawn chairs, and sleeping bags, and join us for a night of fun, fellowship, and camping right in our own backyard!

The Men of Grace invite the entire Grace family-singles, couples, families, and guests of all ages-to gather on the football field behind Grace School for a FREE evening of campfires, s'mores, games, and time together. Whether you're ready to pitch a tent and spend the night under the stars or simply want to join us for an evening of fun before heading home, there's a place for you! Those who stay overnight are invited to join us as a group for worship Sunday morning.

No fancy plans or special equipment required-just come as you are and enjoy the simple fun of being together. It's a chance to unplug, make memories, connect with friends, and get to know others in our church family. Young Adult Pickleball Night is Monday, November 2, 7-9 p.m. at The Bumpy Pickle. Join us for a night of fellowship, food, and pickleball at the Bumpy Pickle (4705 Navigation Blvd, Houston, Texas 77011). Anyone between the ages of 18-35 years is welcome to join us.
