F3 Apartment Ministry

F3 (Fun, Food & Faith) Apartment Ministry meets on Wednesdays after school at the Belmont Apartments, 10550 Valley Forge Dr., near Paul Revere Middle School. Friends of Westchase needs your presence to make a difference in the lives of the children living in the Belmont Apartment Community. F3 will meet on site at Belmont on Wednesdays after school, 4:15-5:15 p.m., at which time children will enjoy play time, snacks, Bible lessons and crafts, and homework help. You may find out more or register to join in the fun HERE.

Caring Tree

Throughout the year, some in our congregation are unable to join us for worship and church activities due to advanced age, illness, or other challenges. During the Christmas season, when so much is happening at Grace, it’s especially important to remind those who can’t be with us that their church family cares deeply for them.

Here’s how you can help: share the joy of Christmas by sending a card. Include your favorite Bible verse, a written prayer, or even a family-drawn picture. It’s a simple yet meaningful way to brighten someone’s season.

Visit the Caring Tree near the Welcome Desk, beautifully decorated with lights, garlands, and ornaments. Each ornament features the name and address of one of our Grace family and friends who would be blessed by your card. And the ornament is yours to keep. Take an ornament and spread some Christmas cheer!

Meals for Ministries

Help feed our people! Sharing a meal together has long been acknowledged as a wonderful way to spark conversation and make people feel at ease with one another. Many Grace ministries events are centered on that premise. You can help these ministries thrive by providing a meal for the folks participating. The opportunities and complete details can be found HERE. Bookmark that list--currently there are several Student Ministries events that could use your help, but as new programs begin in January, we will be adding to this list for all of our ministries, so check back often and help out when you can!

Hurricane Response

Grace is partnering with World Renew Disaster Response Services to support families impacted by hurricanes Milton and Helene. World Renew has asked Grace to consider sending teams to help with long-term recovery needs and to step in after the first responders have stabilized the communities. Teams will begin serving in six months and serve over the next three years. World Renew's mission and focus is to go into areas that have been deeply impacted and possibly overlooked, giving vulnerable homeowners a chance to rebuild their lives. If you may be interested in serving with a disaster response team in 2025, please let us know by contacting Kristy Elmore. We will share more as details and trip dates are made available.

Cole Knight Missions Scholarship

In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven. Matthew 5:16
Christopher Cole Knight was a young man with unstoppable faith and love for Christ, and he lived to make that visible every day. Cole lived to serve, and he invited others to do the same. He was truly a man with a mission.

The Cole Knight Missions Scholarship Fund was created as a tangible way to carry on Cole’s mission, to help pave the way for individuals who display that same servant heart and a passion for serving God through serving others. Each year the Scholarship Fund helps scholarship recipients cover the cost of their participation in Grace Presbyterian Church youth mission trips.

Qualifications for nominees:

● Middle school or high school student participating in a Grace Presbyterian Church youth mission trip

● Individual with a servant heart who makes Jesus visible through their discipleship and service to others

Download a nomination form HERE. Please return the form to Dan or Liz via email or hard copy. Deadline for nominations is February 9, 2025.

Samburu Mission Trip

The next mission trip to Samburu county, Kenya, will be from June 14-30, 2025.
