Mark your calendars for Sunday, December 13--one of the most meaningful days of the year as Grace Presbyterian Church come together once again for Christmas For The City 2026!
We’ll spend the day serving our neighbors and sharing the hope of Christmas through acts of love. This year’s projects include:
Sleep in Heavenly Peace—build and deliver 50 beds Help ensure that 50 children have a safe, comfortable bed of their own instead of sleeping on the floor or sharing a bed with a family member.
Kids Meals—assemble 8000 meals Working alongside Kids’ Meals, we’ll prepare 8000 meals to help children in our community who are experiencing food insecurity.
Mission of Yahweh—Christmas treat bags Every year, around 50 children and their moms staying with Mission of Yahweh join us for Christmas Eve service. Following worship, they head out on a bus and enjoy a Christmas lights tour around Briargrove Park. To help bring joy to the night, we are excited to assemble special Christmas treat bags to bless the families, reminding them they are loved, seen, and celebrated this Christmas season.
As always, we’ll kick off the day with a delicious barbecue lunch before heading out to serve together. It’s a wonderful time to gather as a church family, welcome new volunteers, and celebrate the joy of serving side by side. There will be opportunities for sponsorships and registration coming soon, so don't miss out!
