  1. LUNCH IS SERVED
  2. LUNCH IS SERVED AND STUDENT SUNDAY

We're so excited for THIS SUNDAY, February 22, and that you'll be joining us for lunch after the service!

Student Sunday is when students take over all of worship, leading our congregation in a joyful noise and gathering in honor of our God. After the service, the students help hold a lunch/auction that funds our summer mission trips (fondly called Lunch is Served). As our students and volunteers take care of the lunch prep, you can peruse and bid on our silent auction items, such as trips, themed baskets, and dinner nights. You can even sign up for one of our fun party opportunities and play our exciting raffle games!

This year we are excited for the opportunities our students will be given for serving our neighbors. Our middle school students will be staying in Houston to complete service projects throughout our own community, while our high school students will be traveling to Whitefish, Montana! We will be partnering with Christ Lutheran Church, home to one of our awesome previous Student Ministries Director, Matt Davis, to help run their VBS program along with other service projects in the area. This collaboration will be EPIC and we can't wait to partner with YOU to give our students this amazing opportunity! Without the generosity displayed in past Lunch is Served fundraisers and the hope for continued generosity, this trip would have cost our students about $1000. Instead, it will only cost each student $450! We are incredibly humbled and grateful for your love and support of our students to continue Jesus' work and spread love to others. We can't wait to see you at Lunch is Served!

Lunch this year will be some Montana-themed deliciousness! See you there! Let us know that you will be on hand for lunch by registering HERE!

  3. LENT AND EASTER 2026
  4. We hope to see you, your family and friends throughout the Lenten season. Here are the dates to mark on your calendar:

    LENT AND EASTER SCHEDULE

    Palm Sunday Worship Service
    Sunday, March 29, 9:30 a.m., The Sanctuary
Parents: arrive early so your children may participate in the traditional palm processional. Hosanna!

    Maundy Thursday Remembrance and Supper
Thursday, April 2, 6:30 p.m., MT Fellowship Hall
This multi-generational supper is a mosaic of beautiful traditions that we cherish from the past meshed with the new traditions we are making together as the Grace family of today. We will be led by Scripture as we walk through the final moments Jesus had with His disciples at the Last Supper. Serving one another and actively participating in the evening, we will share this simple meal and count down the final days of the Lenten season together before turning our eyes to Good Friday. No childcare will be provided as we encourage guests and covenant partners alike to experience this beautiful family-friendly evening together.

    Good Friday Worship Service
    Friday, April 3, 7 p.m., The Sanctuary
A solemn evening service for this, the darkest of days of remembrance. You will gain a new understanding of Jesus’ sacrifice and the reason for each day of reflection and remembrance during Holy Week. The service will make Easter even more joyful, as the darkness and reflection of the Good Friday Tenebrae service will remind us on Easter Sunday of all the many reasons to praise him through every season!

    Grace's Greatest Baker
Drop-off Saturday, April 4, 1-5 p.m. Full details and registration HERE

    Easter Sunday Worship
    Sunday, April 5
    6:30 a.m. in the Courtyard
    9 and 11 a.m. in the Sanctuary
Grace en Español worship at 11:15 a.m.
“The Lord is Risen! He is Risen Indeed!” Join us on Easter for a joy-filled Sunday celebrating our risen Lord with a sermon by Rev. Dr. Julia Leeth, and inspiring music to rejoice and praise His name this special morning. Sunday school classes are not meeting on Easter Sunday, but will return April 12. Child care for kindergarten-age and under will be available beginning at 8:45 a.m. Children and their families are invited to join us between morning services for crafts, snacks, and fun in the courtyard.

  5. EASTER BASKETS FOR PCHAS
  6. This Lenten season, Grace will once again come together to bless 20 single-parent families through our partnership with Presbyterian Children's Homes and Services. Parents are working hard to build a strong future for their children and we are honored to come alongside them to be an encouragement and supporter by surprising families with special baskets filled with Easter treats, games, and crafts. Empty baskets will be ready to pick up starting February 11 in the Connection Center, or by contacting Tammy Box at tbox@gpch.org. We ask that filled and decorated baskets be returned by March 16.

A change for 2026: PCHAS has noted a significant increase in food insecurity and is asking for our Easter Baskets to be more family-food-oriented. Donations will still be packed up in a decorated basket, and we encourage families to add some Easter items, but we are requesting mostly shelf stable food such as peanut butter, jelly, pancake mix, pasta, fruit (canned or in single serve bowls), cornbread mix, hearty soup mixes, saltines or other crackers, Velveeta or other cheese products, pasta sauce, vegetables in plastic jars or cans, beans, and a gift card that might help purchase eggs, bacon, sausage, meat or other protein items that complement the basket items.

GOOD NEWS OF THE WEEK

We celebrate the things that we have offered to God that are bearing fruit-- We celebrate what God is doing!

February 8 was Scout Sunday, and we were delighted to have the young men of Pack 1040 assisting in worship. Seeing these young leaders serve as ushers and participate in the liturgy serves as a reminder of the shared values of character and faith that tie the troop to the congregation. Pack 1040 meets on Sunday afternoon at Grace and kids kindergarten through fifth grade may join anytime!

THE BIBLE IN A YEAR UPDATES

We know--Spring is already on the way and things are getting BUSY! If you need to catch up, The Bible Project has wonderful videos that will review each book of the Bible, as well as broad overviews and videos that delve into a specific theme. The links to the book overviews are available HERE, and they are a great way to catch up with readings that you may have missed. There are also links to "posters" which give a broad overview of each book. These will also be available in the lobby on Sunday mornings.

HERE you will find a multitude of other resources to help you with the reading plan, including videos, podcasts, and articles to bring greater insight to what you have read. You will also find recaps and summaries of sections for times when you may fall behind. Keep up the good work!

WORSHIP THIS SUNDAY

If you are out of town or unable to be here to worship in-person this week, please join us online via the "Watch Online" link found HERE.

This Sunday, The Bible in a Year study continues and this week we are looking into Jeremiah 7:21-28. It is Student Sunday, and the young people of Grace Student Ministries will be assisting throughout worship, including the traditional "Parents at the Pulpit" time. We will also be awarding the Cole Knight Missions Scholarship. Equipping Hour classes, including the EPIC Bible in a Year class, will return next Sunday--join us for lunch and fun at "Lunch is Served"! See you at 9:30 a.m.!
